Although she hasn’t played Arc Raiders yet, clips showcasing her gaming skills, particularly in titles like Rust and Ark, have amassed a significant following. Her agency, Hololive, is recognized globally as a leading platform for Vtubers. Tanigo, CEO of Hololive’s parent company, expressed confidence in the nomination’s significance, highlighting the rising acceptance of Vtubers in mainstream culture.

“I would hope that they watch her stream at least once,” he stated, emphasizing the importance of understanding her content beyond the language barrier.

As Tanigo notes, clips serve as a vital entry point for potential fans. The growing presence of Vtubers in awards indicates a broader acceptance and integration into gaming culture, with the possibility of more nominees in future events.
