Marvel Rivals Introduces a New PvE Zombies Mode Featuring Jeff the Shark
Marvel Rivals is launching its first Player versus Environment mode, allowing players to battle through hordes of zombies as their favorite characters, including the amusing shark, Jeff.
Marvel Rivals is finally introducing a PvE mode focusing on zombies, drawing inspiration from the Marvel Zombies TV series, which itself is adapted from the comic series that started back in 2005.

The announcement features a trailer that includes remarks from Marvel Games’ executive producer Danny Koo, and Brad Winderbaum, who leads the streaming and animation sectors at Marvel Studios.
In this new mode, players can choose characters such as Thor, Magik, Blade, and a unique inclusion, Jeff the Shark. Jeff’s unexpected participation brings a lighthearted twist to the fray, and he is set to showcase some amusing abilities as he takes on the undead.
Attendees will also face off against boss battles featuring revived characters like Namor and Scarlet Witch, using new powers aimed at enhancing gameplay.
With humor and action, this addition to Marvel Rivals aims to provide both fun and robust gameplay, introducing players to a new way to engage with the game. The limited-time event is scheduled to launch on October 23.
