Activision's Anti-Cheat Team Takes a Bow: Black Ops 7 Beta Shows 99% Cheater-Free Matches
Activision's Team Ricochet announces impressive results from the Black Ops 7 beta, claiming that nearly 99% of matches were free from cheaters.
Christmas is approaching, and Activision is confident in its anti-cheat capabilities for Black Ops 7. Their Team Ricochet has recently shared statistics indicating that the beta version of Black Ops 7 achieved unprecedented results, with nearly 99% of matches reported as free from cheating. In their communication, they noted, “We’ve crunched the numbers for Black Ops 7 Beta, and Ricochet Anti-Cheat achieved the strongest Beta results in Call of Duty history.” They further mentioned that the detection time for cheaters has significantly improved, reducing to an average of three matches. Although these figures are commendable, they do raise questions regarding the effectiveness of their detection methods. In light of this information, Ricochet’s commitment to enhancing the gaming experience is evident, promising ongoing updates as the launch of Black Ops 7 approaches on November 14.
