Gameloft has announced that Disney Dreamlight Valley’s annual Trick or Treat event will begin on October 15 and run through October 31, allowing players about two weeks to engage in this limited-time feature and collect eerie rewards. Disney Dreamlight Valley initially launched in early access on September 6, 2022, and is accessible on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
While this Halloween event is expected to entertain many fans, numerous players are looking forward to new updates regarding the upcoming Wishblossom Ranch DLC for Disney Dreamlight Valley. According to recent remarks, gamers will soon engage in action against The Decay to rejuvenate the ranch. They will also interact with freely roaming horses, a new feature likely to enhance the vibrant setting. Additional insights on the forthcoming paid DLC will be unveiled during a special presentation on October 15.
Event Rewards
Gameloft has confirmed that its traditional Halloween celebration within Disney Dreamlight Valley will kick off on October 15. The event will continue throughout October, permitting players ample opportunities to gather candy and redeem rewards. Longtime players may spot some familiar elements from previous Trick or Treat events but can also expect exciting new content.
New Rewards for Trick or Treat 2025
- NEW: Haunted Well – complete the Haunted Well puzzle.
- Happy Jack-O’-Lantern – complete the Sugar Rush achievement.
- Mischievous Jack-O’-Lantern – complete the Sugar Rush achievement.
- Friendly Jack-O’-Lantern – complete the Sugar Rush achievement.
- Mickey Mouse Pumpkin – complete the Trick or Treat achievement.
- Pumpkin Stack – complete the Stockpiling Pumpkins achievement.
- Green Trick-or-Treater’s Bounty – achieve A 3-Course Halloween Meal.
- Purple Trick-or-Treater’s Bounty – fulfill the Villainy Wears Many Masks achievement.
To participate, players should begin collecting candy from Candy Bowls in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Candy Bowls may appear red, purple, or green, each yielding two pieces of candy. From October 15 to October 30, two Candy Bowls of every color will be placed every 24 hours, increasing to an hourly appearance on October 31. As they gather candy, players can complete Event Duties. The Haunted Well, a new feature, will also be available. However, players must have unlocked the Forest of Valor first to enjoy this new addition.
