EA has stated that they are working on a solution for the problem that is preventing EA App users from accessing Battlefield 6.

Many users have reported being interrupted by error messages telling them they are missing content or need to purchase access to play the game they’ve already bought. This issue emerged during the game’s launch when significant numbers of players attempted to log into multiplayer or campaign modes.
Players are encouraged to restart the game after EA deploys the fix for these access errors. Additionally, EA acknowledged this issue on their official communication platform.
