1. In-Game Redemption:

   • Launch Genshin Impact.
   • Open the menu.
   • Select Settings > Account.
   • Click Redeem Now and enter your code.
   • Collect your Primogems from the in-game mailbox.

2. Website Redemption:

   • Visit the Genshin Impact redemption site.
   • Enter your details, selecting your character’s region.
   • Enter the code and click redeem.
   • Your rewards will appear in the in-game mailbox.
