Epic Games has released a new trailer for Fortnite’s annual Halloween event, confirming that characters from beloved franchises including Scooby-Doo, Friday the 13th, Scream, and Poppy Playtime will be coming to the game by the end of October. Fortnite is currently in Chapter 6 Season 4, with the Halloween event expected to run until October 31.

Fortnite has also revealed new skins for Doja Cat, set to arrive in the Item Shop during the Fortnitemares update on October 10. In addition to her skins, she will also appear on the map as a temporary boss. Players can look forward to a thrilling array of new skins, alongside returning favorites from previous years.

New Skins Unveiled

With the Halloween event kicking off on October 9, players can now see the first look at new skins introduced by Epic Games. Notably, three major collaborations were teased: Scooby-Doo, R.E.P.O., and Scream. The trailer showcases characters including Daphne, Velma, Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo making their debut in a haunted house setting, along with a glimpse of the Ghostface skin.

As the trailer unfolds, players are introduced to the frightening Huggy Wuggy from Poppy Playtime and Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, marking their anticipated arrival on the island.

Beyond crossovers, the trailer also showcases fresh original skins, such as a glowing green Peely clawing its way out of the ground and a vampire Marigold roaming the map. As more content emerges, fans are growing ever more excited about Fortnite’s future.
