PGL to Return to Krakow for an Exciting 2027 Tournament

The renowned tournament organizer PGL confirms its return to Krakow, Poland, to host its first event in 10 years.

PGL has announced its return to Krakow, Poland, to host its inaugural event of 2027, set to take place from January 13-25. This marks a decade since their last event in the city.

The PGL Major Krakow in 2017 was significant for both the organizer and the esports community, where Gambit triumphed over Immortals in the finals.

“PGL Major Kraków 2017 was a landmark moment for us and the esports community,” said Silviu Stroie, CEO of PGL, in a press release.

“The passion of the fans and the thrilling competition created unforgettable memories. We are excited to return to Krakow and build upon this legacy.”

In 2027, PGL will arrange an event in the TAURON Arena, which accommodates over 15,000 for sporting events.
