Epic has temporarily removed the Peaceful Hips emote from Fortnite, a dance that was part of a collaboration with James Gunn’s DC series Peacemaker. This decision follows a significant plot twist in the series that recontextualizes the dance in a troubling light.

In a statement, Epic mentioned: “As we inquire into our partner’s creative intentions in this collaboration, we will be issuing refunds for the emote in the coming days if it does not return.”
