Scalpers Are Exploiting Asus ROG Xbox Ally X's Demand with Prices Exceeding $2,000

Individuals are reselling the Asus ROG Xbox Ally X for significantly higher prices, despite it being available for pre-order at a lower MSRP.

If you’re considering a pre-order for the Asus ROG Xbox Ally X, you might want to be cautious about from whom you buy it. Reports from Tom’s Hardware indicate that scalpers have already launched listings on eBay with prices soaring as high as $2,500. The original retail price is $999, and the base Xbox Ally is priced at $599.

Both models are scheduled for release on October 16. It’s advisable to steer clear of eBay, as pre-orders for both models are still available at their standard prices through retail venders like Best Buy, Asus, and Microsoft. For those outside the US, it’s wise to check the official Xbox pre-order page for regional options.

Given the high price tag, it’s essential not to let scalpers take advantage of the situation.
