Upcoming Fix for Dying Light: The Beast's Zombie Grabbing Issue

Dying Light: The Beast developer Techland plans to resolve a frustrating zombie grabbing problem in the next update, which will be released soon.

Dying Light: The Beast’s developer Techland has promised to address the issue of aggressive zombie grabs in an upcoming hotfix update that is reportedly nearing release. The horror-action title has been well-received by gamers since its launch on September 18, despite some ongoing gameplay problems.

Dying Light: The Beast has been recognized for its refined parkour mechanics, stunning maps, and brutal game modes but has been criticized for certain instances where zombies grab players too frequently.

Techland has already released several patches within the first week of its launch to enhance performance and fix various in-game glitches. The developers have revealed that they are preparing further adjustments for the zombie’s grabbing mechanics to ensure a more balanced gameplay experience.

Some of the adjustments include delayed damage when grabbed, reducing the likelihood of an alerted zombie initiating a grab during combat, and making distant grab attempts by zombies clearer to players. While specifics on the update’s timing remain unclear, Techland has stated they are aiming for an early release next week.

For more updates and patch notes, players are encouraged to stay tuned.
