Rumor: 5 Popular LEGO Games Might Receive Switch 2 Adaptations
Hints of five well-known LEGO titles being updated for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 have surfaced, coinciding with Zurich Pop Con announcements.
Recently, buzz has emerged that five beloved LEGO games might be getting enhancements for the Nintendo Switch 2. This revelation comes from promotional materials unveiled at the Zurich Pop Con, which took place on September 27, 2025. The event showcased various publishers presenting their upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 titles, hinting at exciting possibilities for fans.
LEGO Games Potentially Coming to Switch 2
Images from the convention display a banner that includes five existing LEGO games slated for a Switch 2 update. Among these titles are LEGO City Undercover, LEGO DC Super-Villains, LEGO Harry Potter Collection, LEGO Jurassic World, and the widely praised LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
None of these upgrades have been confirmed yet, but the appearance of this banner implies that official announcements could be forthcoming. While it remains uncertain whether these updates will carry a fee, Nintendo has previously offered premium upgrades, and some third-party publishers have followed suit with their promotional titles.
There is hope that the updated layouts will provide better resolutions and frame rates. Enthusiasts are particularly excited about a potential LEGO City Undercover update due to its performance issues on the original Switch, especially in co-op mode. This game was the first to feature LEGO gameplay on the system, and fans have long awaited improvements.
The latest LEGO title available on Nintendo consoles is LEGO Voyagers, released on September 15, 2025. Unlike the titles proposed for upgrades, Voyagers focuses on co-op puzzle-platforming rather than action-adventure styles, and it also offers technical upgrades for players on the standard Switch version without additional costs.
