Update 1.1.4 for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Released

The latest patch for Metal Gear Solid Delta addresses language issues and minor bugs.

Konami has released a small update for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, focusing on rectifying issues with language and voice lines that were previously misaligned.

The remake of the acclaimed 2004 classic by Hideo Kojima, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, has managed to please fans, notwithstanding the absence of its original creator. Serving as a prequel to the first Metal Gear Solid, this remake introduces new players to Kojima’s fascinating universe.

The previous updates had already introduced features like inverted camera controls and fixed game glitches, while this version aims to address faulty voice lines which would misrepresent the chosen language settings, creating inconsistencies.

Further, the update tackles disappearing characters during cutscenes and ensures voice lines are delivered correctly in their respective languages. The repair of game mechanics in certain boss fights is also part of this patch.

Future updates are anticipated, including a 12-player Fox Hunt multiplayer mode, set to launch on October 30.
